The core muscles include a group of muscles located in the trunk that extend from the head to the pelvis. It is responsible for supporting the trunk region together with the skeletal and connective tissues.

It can create a stable and toned tummy together with the help of aerobic exercises to burn off fat. Moreover, having a strong core allows higher physical capabilities for the individual to use.
