According to the New England Journal of Medicine, they recommend to stop routine check-ups. Instead, to understand and adjust how often an individual should get one depending on his circumstances.

Check-ups are vital because they can help identify problems with health early onset. This method increases the chances of recovery and treatment for the individual. Several factors, such as age, health, race, and lifestyle, affect how often you need healthcare. 

According to a study in 2018, the regular check-up behavior is beneficial for the individual’s health and well being.
