If you need to delete your Sports Science Index data (and account), from the One Item, Inc servers where they are stored, you can use the Data Deletion Request Form below. Please fill out your name, email and which SSI program you are a part of to help us verify your request. Your data will be deleted in 48 hours, and cannot be recovered.
