Managing and getting past stress

Not having to worry about stress that comes with physical injuries and improper training or ineffective training, we can now focus on the other aspects in life that could possibly be causing you stress once we identify how your stress might be manifesting.

To improve your score on this factor, here are some key steps you can take to make progress in this area:

  1. Ask yourself what things or what people tend to put you in a stressful state.
  2. Self analyze how your body or mind normally reacts when you’re in a stressful state.
  3. Learn your stressful triggers, slowly begin to disassociate yourself from those things or
    people. But if its something or someone that you cannot separate yourself from you must learn techniques to use that negative stress in a positive manner.
